Return Policy

At Case X Kingdom, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products that enhance your travel experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return.

Please Note: We recommend trying your product for at least 14 days to fully experience its benefits.

Cancellation Policy

To make changes or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order will begin processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. For cancellations within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Free Cases

Complimentary phone cases included in your order are promotional items and are not eligible for a refund. These free cases are provided as a token of our appreciation.

Return Process

  1. Return Requirements:
  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
    1. Return Authorization: Email us at info@fandomcase.comto initiate a return. Include your receipt or proof of purchase, and we will provide the nearest return address.
    2. Shipping Back Your Items: Securely package the item(s), and send proof of shipment (such as a photo of the receipt) to our customer service team.
    3. Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 2-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Return & Refund Conditions

  • Failure to Collect Items: Failure to collect an item from a pickup location revokes eligibility for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and collect it on time.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with a photo of the damage for review and potential replacement. Damage due to normal use, wear, or misuse is not covered.
  • Lost or Missing Buttons: Our cases feature interchangeable buttons as a design choice. We do not offer refunds for lost buttons but may provide solutions like a partial refund or discount on a replacement.
  • Shipping and Delivery Delays: We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your transit time exceeds 30 days due to reasons within our control, please contact us to discuss options like a refund or reshipment. Delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays, are not eligible for refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, a resend or refund will not be provided.
