GENERAL
1. Register on the WhiteWall website
If you already have a WhiteWall customer account, you can move directly to Step 2. If you’re not yet a WhiteWall customer, please register on our website first.
2. Register a Shopify store
You can ignore this step if you already have a Shopify Store. If you don’t, you would need to set one up. You can find all the information you need to set up your Shopify Store on the Shopify website.
3. Connect the WhiteWall App to your Shopify Store
Find the WhiteWall app in your Shopify App Store and click on “Install.” After installation, you’ll find a partner token for Shopify in your WhiteWall account. This token can then be copied and pasted into your Shopify Store.
The WhiteWall app and your Shopify Store are now connected. All you need to do is enter your billing address to complete the process.

4. Set up products and pricing
Suppose you want to offer three images for sale via Shopify. To do this, upload the photos to your Shopify store or your WhiteWall account under “Shopify Product Management.” Next, select the products you wish to offer. They can be configured in your WhiteWall account under “Shopify Product Configurations.” The design and size do not matter during the configuration process, as the image is already stored in your Shopify store, and the product sizes are also defined there.
Use our product assistant in the WhiteWall app for Shopify to link your uploaded images with the saved configurations. The app will automatically display your options. You can even link multiple configurations to a single image, giving your customers a variety of options to choose from.
After that, simply define the formats and set your individual margins. Once everything is ready, publish the products in your store. Your personal Shopify shop is now live and ready for sales!
5. Sell worldwide automatically
When a customer buys and pays for an image in your Shopify store, all you need to do is trigger production with a single click. For the first payment, we’ll send you a payment link. After that, production and shipping to over 50 countries worldwide will run fully automatically.
If you are unable to add your desired configuration to your product on Shopify, it may be due to product availability. At this time, the following products are not available for purchase on Shopify:

- Photo Print on Wood
- WhiteWall Acrylic Mini
- Print with Pop Art Frame
- WhiteWall MasterPrint
For these products, we suggest directly ordering on the WhiteWall website. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team.
CONFIGURATION
As of now, all our products are also available as UltraHD products (except for Coffee Table Books and Photo Calendars). This has been made possible by our new UltraHD sharpening. With our UltraHD sharpening, your high-resolution image is optimized for sharp prints—ideal for professional shots and images that have gained higher resolution through previous upscaling.
We are proud to introduce our WhiteWall Superresolution. This technology enhances the resolution of an image beyond its original quality. It is used to refine blurry or low-resolution images, making more details visible. Thanks to AI-based technology (Artificial Intelligence), missing details can be intelligently reconstructed, resulting in sharper and more realistic images.
ORDERING
At WhiteWall, we work with efficient, automatic production processes. Therefore, changing an order after placing it is not possible. However, changing the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been sent is feasible by contacting our customer service. The new shipping address must be in the same country, however. Our contact details are available in the top left corner of our website:

GUARANTEE
An order can be canceled directly from your WhiteWall customer account up to 2 hours after placing it. To do this, log in to your WhiteWall account and select your current order in your order overview.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why our customer service team is always available to assist you should your order not meet your expectations.
ACCOUNT
You can delete the images uploaded to your WhiteWall customer account under “My photos“.
To delete an image, please click on the trash icon below the image you wish to delete:
We recommend checking your entries carefully if you have difficulties logging in to your WhiteWall customer account.
- Your e-mail address: Ensure that the e-mail address registered for your account corresponds to the one entered in the login window. The spelling should also correspond.
- Your password: Verify that the entered password does not contain any mistake and that there isn’t any unintentional space before or after the password. Upper and lower case must also be respected.
- The country shown on the website: the WhiteWall website used during your registration is linked to your customer account.
For instance: if you have registered your account on the WhiteWall US website, you will not be able to log in to any other WhiteWall website (UK, IT, EU, etc.). Your login information would only work on the WhiteWall US website.
The country of the website where you log in must correspond to the website used during your registration. - Your account has not been confirmed yet: Please ensure that your registration has been completed by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail sent to you after registration.
