Case X Kingdom is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers.  Case X Kingdom proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Order Handling (2-7 Business Days): As each phone case is made to order, our dedicated team is meticulously crafting your personalized product. This process includes quality checks and careful packaging to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. Please allow the full 7 business days for your order to be completed, especially during peak seasons.

  • Order cut-offtime is 9:00 PM ACST, so any order placed after 9:00 PM ACST will be considered a next business day order. (Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 10:00 PM ACST time, it will be considered as a Tuesday order)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be considered next business day orders. (Example: If an order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order)

Shipping (7-14 Days): Once your order is ready, it will be making its way to you with the speed of a shooting star! The shipping time can vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we’ve partnered with reliable carriers to ensure a safe and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Parcel: Exciting news – you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped! This will allow you to keep a close eye on your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

Delayed/Slow Shipment: In the case your order exceeds 30 days since being shipped, please reach out to our support email provided below.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

  1. RECEIVING LOCATION SECURITY

Please ensure that your designated receiving location is secure. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, their insurance does not cover theft incidents. Unfortunately, shipping insurance does not extend to cases where a package is stolen after delivery.

In the event of theft, you may consider the following steps:

Homeowner’s/Renter’s Insurance: Check whether your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provides coverage for stolen packages.

  • Utilize a secure receiving location.
  • Explore package-receiving services like Mailboxes etc.
  • Direct packages to your local post office for pickup.
  1. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Case X Kingdom allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

Case X Kingdom has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock Case X Kingdom Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.
